10 Minutes to a Healthy Lower Back

Lower Back pain is currently one of the most common, and most costly, medical complaints in the entire world. This has been mostly due to the increase in "sedentary lifestyle", which makes Lower Back pain a preventable and reversible condition.

This video shows Yoga postures and techniques that can bring relief to the most common underlying reasons that precipitate the onset of Lower Back pain.

Throughout the performance of the entire posture/technique, make sure to stay within the 60-70% range of intensity for safety.
With continued practice, precision and depth of will become improved.

Since this is a 10minute Yoga practice, it is best to watch it once before practicing to become better acquainted with the poses first.
