Monday 345pm Therapeutic Yoga (60min)

60min Therapeutic practice will include an emphasis on Low Back health and Hip flexibility. This practice will be focusing on movement that mitigates the most common areas of restriction in the hips and pelvis, as well as provide breathing strategies that offer safety for the spine.

Total class duration: 75min

Suggested props:

1-2 Blocks, Yoga Strap, Yoga Blanket

Wednesday 4pm Vinyasa Yoga (level 2-3)

4pm-60min Vinyasa (Level 2-3) + 15min meditation* at the end. This class will focus on a challenging sequence that progresses toward a peak-pose, and offer various variations and modifications to suit all levels of ability

Friday 12-1pm Vinyasa Yoga (all Levels)

This class will be an invigorating flow that emphasizes the relationship between the the hips and torso. Precision of movement and sensation will be the encouraged method of practice. Variations will be available to suit all levels of ability.

Suggested props:

A block and a belt may be useful at different times.
